Rodney has over 30 years of experience in complete RV repair. His tenacious pursuit of providing the highest level of RV service and constant learning established Blue Moon as a trusted repair center. He is the guy who always reads the manual, terms & conditions and fine print not until he finishes them, but until he understands every word. Don't think this slows him down though.

If you have met him, you know that he goes 100mph all the time. He has also accomplished Master Certification with the RVIA-RVDA. Rodney has been recognized as an expert witness in the State of Texas & Florida. He served as past chair of the Education Committee for the Texas Recreational Vehicle Association (TRVA). Rodney has spoken at RV parks, RV Shows and RV Conventions on what he has experienced as a technician.

When not working he enjoys pursuing his inner Angus Young, RVing, concerts and cooking with his wife Abby.

With the help of our awesome team she sets the strategic goals for BlueMoon RV and collaborates with key staff to achieve those goals.

She has experience in operations management in challenging and changing environments while transforming business to perform at maximum efficiency and quality. Abby loves dogs, horses, and just about anything she can take care of.

Abby also enjoys playing piano, cooking, reading and

doing things outside such as landscaping or gardening.

Abby's dream retirement gig is "Sleeping till noon then sitting in a

tikki hut and playing piano in a place that never gets cold"

Robert is a Master Certified Blue Moon RV veteran with over 20 years of experience working for the company who has recently taken over as our Parts Department Manager!

Robert’s father repaired appliances and passed his aptitude for service and troubleshooting to Robert.

Robert treats others as himself, always going above and beyond when it comes to his work.

He is a voracious learner and dedicated family man.

He is also the kind of person who would make a fusion reactor out an old microwave, a package of toothpicks and gorilla glue … for fun.

Jaxon is our Awesome Australian import. This guy is cool as they come. How can he not be when he comes from a continent known for having so many deadly critters? While he never took on a great white or handled venomous snakes, he has been welding since his early teens.  He came up through the apprentice pathway in Australia and is one of our resident metal fabrication experts.  He also has the ability of saying just about anything and getting away with it due to his super awesome accent.

He started as a porter with us and transitioned into our apprentice program.  Since becoming an apprentice, he spent his first year at Robert's side, (20-year RV repair veteran and mobile tech),  and with our founder and leader Rodney, (30-year industry veteran). He is Onan certified as well as logging many hours on Aqua-Hot during our extreme winter.  When not hitting it hard at Blue Moon RV he and his wife enjoy traveling and working on furniture restoration.

A 10-year veteran of the RV industry in everything from parts, sales, service, retail management, and a RV owner. Tami's role is one of the most challenging at Blue Moon RV- responding to requests for service, navigating extended warranty, assisting our storage clients, and ensuring the service customers receive meets the quality standard Blue Moon Mobile RV has become known for.

She keeps the technicians organized, schedules appointments and is the primary contact for customer communication. She has a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and great sense of humor. She is literally a great employee and ray of sunshine here at the moon.

When not working she spends most of her time with family. Even most her family works in the RV industry.

Adrian has been another, “game changer” at Blue Moon RV. For those of you who are familiar with Rodney and Abby, we are intense and passionate people. Adrian is the energy balance we need. I stopped mid-way through his interview to ask him if he was always so even tempered. What makes him exceptional is that cool head is matched with a strong work ethic that propelled him from lot porter at an early age to service manager.

He has a great breadth of experience from lot porter, detailer, PDI tech, sales, service advisor, paint and body, technician, and Service manager. He is a Service manager who is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Someone calls in- Adrian will jump in no questions asked. Did I mention he is a great technician? He never complains but leads by example holding himself and his team to the highest standard.

Adrian also likes fishing and is Mo’s new favorite employee. I am pretty sure he bribed her using doggie brainwashing techniques that involve hash browns.
