Blue Moon RV Policies and Procedures During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak:

Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. We want to personally share an update on our efforts to help keep our operations up and running during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

At Blue Moon Mobile RV, we strive to take care of our people, our customers, and our business. Because the health and wellbeing of our employees, supply partners and customers is of paramount importance to us, we have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. That’s why we want to update you regarding the steps we are taking to minimize the risks posed by the COVID-19 virus while ensuring business continuity.

What precautions are we taking when servicing your RV?

Our established plans prepare our teams for a broad range of emergency situations ranging from catastrophic weather events to regional health events. We are taking the precautions in the shop and mobile to ensure we minimize the risk to ourselves, the community and our families. Most of these are very basic but will be closely adhered to.

  • Wipe frequently touched hard surfaces with bleach or other approved sanitizing solution.

  • Clean or wipe tools between RV’s with bleach solution.

  • Use latex gloves when working on all units.

  • If working mobile, sanitize hands and tools and between calls.

The shop has three buckets with reusable clothes for quick wash stations, changing out the buckets twice daily or when soiled:

  1. A bleach solution

  2. A non bleaching disinfectant, (for fabrics)

  3. Clean water (for rinsing from other buckets

This is for fast cleaning between RV’s:  Tools can be dunked and/or wiped down as appropriate.

Hand washing will be done at the sink, using soap and water, and scrubbing vigorously for 20 seconds. Before eating, after touching customer RV surfaces, after using the restroom, and when arriving and leaving.

Recommendations of the Center For Disease Control (CDC):

We have also shared the workplace disease prevention recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and videos of other global health organizations with our employees to help take care of ourselves, our families, and our customers. We encourage you  to review and follow these guidelines. By staying healthy, we can better take care of our customers and our business!

As We Remain Open For Business.

We remain open for business during this time as well as remaining focused on delivering top notch service that we pride ourselves in offering and that you have come to expect from us.

Please be safe and monitor this page for updates and new information.
