• Expedited scheduling within 7 business days. That means when other repair shops are telling you that you have to wait a month – or more – just to get an appointment, we’re here putting in the hours to take care of your vehicle so you can get back on the road.

• Quick repair times. We’ll repair your vehicle in days, not months (like many shops do). We don’t want to hold you back; we want you out exploring and enjoying life in your RV.

• 24/7 access to our team of experts. We don’t have chat bots – we’ll give you our cell phone numbers so you can get in touch with us when you need us.

• Complementary service coordination. That includes upholstery, tires, detailing, Summit Armour stainless exterior metal and window defogging.

• A 10% discount on parts and labor for any job. Whether you’re coming in for new windshield wipers or something more serious, you have exclusive access to this members-only discount.

• Individual customer education through a one-on-one with Rodney. In fact, you can have up to two one-hour sessions per year while you’re a Concierge member.

• Free written estimates on collision work, which saves you $250 in the event of an accident.

• Free labor loyalty program. You get one free hour of labor for every 10 hours purchased. Think of it as a punch card that earns you an hour of free labor valued at $150.

• App scheduling and access to previous service tickets. We make scheduling new appointments and getting your past records easy with our app scheduling service and repository of documents, which you can access any time with an internet connection.

• Free 10-point inspection on every visit. We’ll check out all the hot spots on your recreational vehicle every time you come by – even if your visit isn’t related to one of them.

• No service call fee for mobile-limited-service menu and up to 35 miles, up to three times per year. That means you save big; you don’t have to pay a trip charge unless you’re outside the 35-mile radius or you’ve already used your three mobile calls in a year.

• Complimentary maintenance reminders. We’ll let you know when it’s time to check your oil and filter, service your engine or perform seasonal maintenance so you don’t have to put it on your calendar.

• Free exterior wash with any shop service appointment that costs you more than $2,000.

• After-hours drop-off and pickup. You can drop off or pick up your RV when it’s most convenient for you – you don’t have to wait on us to open the shop.
